- What does an estimate involve?
We get on the roof and into the attic when there is access, photograph what we find, and write down the price for the work. Nothing starts until you have that in hand and say yes.
- Should I repair or replace?
It depends on the age of the roof, the condition of the shingles or panels, and whether leaks keep opening in new places. When both are reasonable we lay out both numbers and tell you which one we would pick for our own house.
